2024 Dues Update
Voting Results
At a special meeting held on February 1, the homeowners voted to increase this year's annual assessment to $350 per year. Having a quorum of 42% of the homeowners in the sub, with a vote of 46 YES and 5 NO the measure to increase the dues was passed. Mailing for this year's dues was postmarked in early February and your payment is due by March 31, 2024.

Attention Dog Owners
It has been reported by a number of homeowners and Board members that some people walking their dogs through our subdivision have failed to clean up after their pets. It is the dog owners responsibility to pick up after their pet. Let's keep our subdivision beautiful for everyone. Thank you
